The Chinese words in the video are from an old postcard bought at a shop named literally “letters over three lifetimes”. The Chinese character for ‘letter’, in a most delightful serendipity, carries the double meaning of “believe”; which is also the name of the song from Goldfrapp.

Big and small, many ‘synchronicities’ took place in the making of the videos. To be honest, I had no hand in most of the editing wizardries as my skills are in fact quite limited. The way they turn out surprised me as was so often I only discovered these gems after the fact. How the music flows hand in glove with video clips found on Youtube… (the firework scene!!), and other ‘coincidences’ of such randomness and odds just present themselves. My own personal favorites are ‘supernova diva’ and ‘flying earring’ in the next video - talk about being at the right spot at the right time.

Synchronicities such as these keep showing up in front of us like markers on a road. Hopefully at the end of it lies the answer to a question dear to our heart.

108 LETTERS is the party website for a special celebration I planned for my wife on 2020/02/02. The evening is in the format of a ‘letter’.

Sadly, due to COVID, it is postponed.
